This is an unsolicited letter to tell you how very pleased my husband and I are with the salesman who handled our recent purchase. Mr. Joe Bratkovich was very, very polite, helpful, and informative. After looking and driving the Sedona, we went over to another local dealer and the sales personnel there were very nonchalant, the very opposite of Joe.
